Today, Rapyder Cloud Solutions, one of India’s leading cloud consulting companies and an advanced partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS), announced a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with AWS. This partnership aims to scale Rapyder’s cloud offerings and drive innovation using generative artificial intelligence (AI) specifically tailored for customers in industries such as finance, IT, healthcare, and e-commerce.
As part of the collaboration, Rapyder is developing generative AI solutions to help customers gain new insights from their data in a more accessible and faster way. The company will establish a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) with AWS, focusing on technical capability development and building repeatable solutions that drive customers' digital transformation. These solutions will include generative AI-powered multi-language voice-based search, chatbots, document summarization, and medical report follow-ups to make customer service more interactive and effective.
Rapyder’s generative AI solutions will be integrated into a comprehensive suite of services and solutions offered by AWS, including migration, modernization, data analytics, and machine learning (ML). By utilizing AWS services such as Amazon Athena, Amazon Sagemaker JumpStart, Amazon CodeWhisperer, and Amazon Bedrock, Rapyder aims to create a catalogue of use-case-based solutions to address the specific challenges of enterprise and startup customers across India.
With the SCA in place, Rapyder is set to accelerate its expansion across India, with plans to develop vertical specialization in financial services, manufacturing, and retail. The company plans to more than double its workforce from 280 to 600 by the end of 2025, with a focus on training and certifying its employees in AWS’s data analytics, AI/ML, and generative AI technologies.
To further support its customers' digital transformation, Rapyder is strengthening its professional and managed services departments as well as its CCoE through extensive hiring and training. The company is adopting AWS digital skills training programs to enhance its capabilities and offer the best possible solutions to its customers.
