Eurotech Unveils ReliaCOR 31-11 and ReliaCOR 33-11 Edge AI Systems

Eurotech, a leading provider of edge computing solutions, has unveiled its latest edge AI systems, the ReliaCOR 31-11 and ReliaCOR 33-11. These devices are designed to simplify the development and implementation of AI on the field, addressing the pressing challenges faced by organizations adopting AI.

The adoption of AI in industrial settings has been fraught with difficulties, including delays and high failure rates. According to recent reports, AI projects often experience delays of over seven months and have a failure rate of 47%. Eurotech’s ReliaCOR 31-11 and 33-11 systems aim to simplify this transition by enabling the validation, scalable implementation, and lifecycle management of multiple AI models simultaneously. This capability is crucial for improving operational efficiency and accelerating time-to-market.

One crucial aspect of AI adoption is cybersecurity, with national and international regulatory authorities imposing increasingly stringent standards for enterprise infrastructures. Eurotech’s ReliaCOR devices are designed with security in mind and will be certified according to ISA Secure / IEC 62443-4-1/-4-2 standards upon release. These certifications ensure that the devices and preinstalled software meet rigorous security requirements, providing customers with peace of mind regarding data protection and regulatory compliance.

The ReliaCOR 31-11, based on NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX, supports up to 16 GB of RAM and delivers up to 100 TOPS (trillion operations per second) of AI computing power. With a compact design and no mechanical ventilation, it features four GbE ports, with optional Power over Ethernet (PoE), making it ideal for applications such as automated product sorting and anomaly detection.

Taking capabilities further, the ReliaCOR 33-11 utilizes NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, offering up to 64 GB of RAM and achieving 275 TOPS of AI computing power in a fanless configuration. Certified for automotive use with high-speed, multiple PoE and LAN camera connections, it eliminates the need for a dedicated Ethernet switch. Moreover, both devices feature integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular connectivity options, ensuring their versatility in various environments.

To complement the powerful hardware, Eurotech provides its Edge Software Framework (ESF) integrated with NVIDIA Triton Inference Server. This open-source inference server allows developers to deploy and run AI models developed with popular AI frameworks, optimizing performance in a hardware-independent environment.

Eurotech also introduces Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and the Cybersecurity Wizard, offering a user-friendly experience akin to smartphones for AIoT deployments. These unique components, combined with ESF and Eurotech’s Everyware Cloud (EC), simplify traditionally complex processes associated with secure cloud connection and configuration, reducing them to a matter of minutes for an entire fleet of devices.

All these new features are included in Everyware GreenEdge, Eurotech’s comprehensive edge-to-cloud framework. Optionally preloaded with preconfigured edge runtimes and cloud services like AWS IoT GreenGrass or AWS IoT Core, Everyware GreenEdge streamlines integration, management, and billing of services for users.

With the ReliaCOR 31-11 and 33-11, Eurotech reaffirms its commitment as a trusted partner to current and future customers in sectors that can benefit from artificial intelligence. From simplifying implementation to ensuring robust security, these devices set new standards in the AI landscape. Their versatility, performance, and comprehensive edge-to-cloud framework make them a preferred choice for organizations looking to enhance their AI capabilities.

The ReliaCOR 31-11 and ReliaCOR 33-11 will be available for early access in June 2024 and ready for mass production later in the year. Eurotech, with its edge computing and IoT solutions, continues to empower businesses with innovative technology and comprehensive support.
